CLUB RACES
Lake Grapevine Runners And Walkers hosts two premier races a year. The Bold in the Cold 15K & 5K in January and Double Trouble 5K & 10K in the fall.
Both races are 100% volunteer produced and have a stellar history of being well-organized and popular within the running community. Our race T-shirts, mugs and flyers have all won “Best of” awards by Runner's World Magazine and Runners Triathlete News.
Bold in the Cold

Come be Bold in the Cold in the 25th annual running of LGRAW's winter event! The Bold in the Cold 5K & 15K will take place on Saturday, January 11, 2025. Both races start together at 8AM from the LGRAW Clubhouse in Oak Grove Park. Both the 5K and 15K wind through the beautiful trails around Lake Grapevine and offer breathtaking views of the lake.

Double Trouble

We are currently in the planning stages for our annual Double Trouble club race. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a first-timer, this race promises an unforgettable experience. The race courses wind through beautiful trails, offering breathtaking views of Lake Grapevine. Participate in the 5K, the 10K, or both! With staggered start times, you can conquer one race or go for the ultimate double trouble.
