Club Courses
LGRAW have two marked courses that start from the clubhouse. The west loop course is 4-miles out and 4-miles back (8-miles total). The east loop is a 6-mile out and back (12-mile total). There are hydration stations with water and Gatorade on the 8-mile course. Mile distances are marked on the course to personalize your run distance.
WEST COURSE

The west loop course is 4-miles out and 4-miles back (8-miles total). It runs along the wooded asphalt Horseshoe Trail then along Snakey Ln and Lakeridge Dr. until the turnaround in Lakeview Park. You’ll enjoy park woodlands and views of the south Lake Grapevine shore.Start at the trail head at the LGRAW clubhouse and head west on C Shane Wilbanks trail toward McPherson Slough Park. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, water and Gaterade are stationed every few miles. The 1st water stop is approximately 1.3 miles from the LGRAW clubhouse at the north end entrance of Horseshoe Trail. The 2nd water stop is at the 2.75-mile mark at the end of Snakey Ln on Horseshoe Trail. The course is marked on the road with yellow mile distance markers at every mile interval.
EAST COURSE

The east loop is a 6-mile out and back (12-mile total). It runs past soccer fields, baseball fields, Scott’s Landing Marina, Acorn Woods, and Cross Timbers Winery. You’ll enter Katie’s Woods Park. Pass the backside of Gaylord Texans, before turning around at the 6-mile mark near St. Francis Catholic Church. You’ll enjoy park woodlands and views of the south Lake Grapevine shore. Start at the trail head at the LGRAW clubhouse and head east west on C Shane Wilbanks trail toward Oak Grove Park.There are several water fountains and restrooms available along the course. The course is marked on the road with yellow mile distance markers at every mile interval.
