The group run/walk starts from the RAW clubhouse at 7:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays. There are two courses to run/walk. Both courses wind through the "RRCA Runner Friendly Community" of Grapevine.
Most members starting with the group use the West Course. All courses are out and back so you can go the distance of your choice. The West Course has water and Gatorade every 1-3 miles. The courses wind through lakeside parks and quiet neighborhoods. There is a mix of flat and small hills. and small hills.
Our humble little clubhouse, formerly, a bait shop, has a bathroom, refrigerator, freezer and enough chairs for everyone to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a Freeze-pop post-run. We also have a large grassy area, pergola and picnic table in the back.
