Keep Grapevine Beautiful
One of the most important things that keeps RAW so special are the beautiful running paths along Lake Grapevine. Each season has its own beauty to share with our runners and walkers. RAW helps keep these trails clean through our Adopt-A-Park commitment and partnering with Keep Grapevine Beautiful (KGVB). KGVB holds two major parks and trails clean-ups during the year. “Don't Mess With Texas Trash-Off" is the signature spring clean-up event with free food, shirts, music and giveaways at the post-clean-up celebration. Their fall clean up event, “Fall Sweep" is held in partnership with Keep Texas Beautiful. Volunteers conduct litter pickup, recycling collection and beautification projects throughout the community. Lunch is served and drawings are held at the end of the event. Participating in the clean-ups are a great way to help our community that provides all of us with a safe, clean and scenic place to run and walk throughout the year. RAW encourages trail-users to pick up litter on “Happy to Help” Saturdays and is committed to having additional trail clean-ups each year on our own.
