Race Technical Shirts
All participants will receive a technical race shirt while supplies last. Sizes available include Male (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL), Female (S, M, L, XL, 2XL), and Youth (S, M, L). See Size Chart.
We will do our best to estimate the number of shirts needed for the event, but cannot predict the exact sizes needed for late registrants. To ensure that you receive a shirt in your desired size, please register before 11:59 PM, September 6, 2019. Registrations submitted after this date will receive remaining sizes available.

This is an event for the whole family. Race either the 5K or the 10K or for the true Double Trouble experience, run BOTH the 5K and 10K! Bring the kids for the 1K Fun Run!

LGRAW Membership
Becoming a member of LGRAW provides many benefits. Team up with fellow runners and walkers to help with your training. A 1-year membership is $25 an individual or $35 for a family. As a member, you will receive our monthly email newsletter and stay updated on our clubs latest events.
Chip Timing
We use an IPICO reusable chip timing system. The chips are designed to be attached to your shoe and are reliable as long as the chip is below your knee. You must pick up your chip on race day. A volunteer will remove it for you at the finish line after your final race.
Aid Stations
Aid stations will have both water and Gatorade on the course. The 10K will pass the aid stations four times, and the 5K will pass the aid station twice. No dogs or strollers are allowed on the race course.

Volunteer
As always, we will be looking for volunteers for the race. It takes a lot of help to put on a race like this, and we need you! There are plenty of volunteer opportunities for those competing in the races. This is also a great opportunity for your kids to earn volunteer hours.
To sign up as a volunteer for Double Trouble 5K & 10K, &1K Kids Fun Run, select the Volunteer button available on the Double Trouble Race Registration website. Id you are interested in serving as a Crew Captain for a specific area, contact the Double Trouble Race Director at dt@lgraw.com.

Add $5.00 to run BOTH the 5K AND 10K Races.
Please note online registration is open through Race Day. You may register at Packet Pickup with Cash or Check. Please be aware there will be a $3.00 fee applied for persons using a credit card to register at packet pickup and on Race Day.
NOTE: Entry fee for one or both races qualifies for only one shirt. This does not apply to the Kids 1K Fun Run participants. Register by 9/7 to guarantee your shirt size. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6:00 AM - 7:15 am. Late registration and packet pick up. NO registrations accepted after 7:15 am for the 1K Kids Fun Run. No registrations accepted after 7:30 am for the 5K and no registrations accepted after 8:00 am for the 10K.

Race Day Medical Coverage
In order to provide on-site first aid by Baylor Sports Care we are required to share race participant information with the provider. We will share your name, date of birth and mailing address. If you would prefer that Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers not share your information with our race day medical provider, please email the race director at dt@lgraw.com to opt out of the information sharing. Baylor Sports Care assures us that they will not use your personal information for marketing purposes. However, you may receive their mailings as part of their marketing campaigns, but your address was obtained from other means, not as part of our race participant database.

Top three age group award winners for each age group for the 5K and 10K: 12 and Under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+.

For the 1K Kids Fun Run, Kids top three male/female finalists will be awarded ribbons by K & under, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade and 6th grade.
No duplication of awards. Top overall finisher awards are based on gun time. Age group awards are based on chip time.
If you are not present to pick up your award, you may stop by the LGRAW clubhouse any Saturday or Sunday morning to pick up your award. We will not mail any awards.

The Double Trouble 5K & 10K race courses will start at the intersections of Oak Grove Loop North and Darren G. Medlin Trail in Grapevine, TX. Part of the course will wind through the beautiful trails around Lake Grapevine with breathtaking views of the lake. Both courses will be marked on race day.
